This opening session establishes the foundation for everything that follows, so you’re no longer working against yourself when stress arises.
You’ll begin to see your stress responses with greater clarity and understand how to support yourself more effectively.
Session 2 — Understanding Stress & Your Personal Response Patterns

This session brings deeper awareness to how stress shows up for you—in your body, thoughts, and reactions.
You’ll begin learning simple, science-informed practices that support nervous system regulation and create space between stress and response.
These practices help make calm and clarity more accessible in everyday moments.
