WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?
We start with you.
There is no script or predetermined path. We'll talk about what's happening in your life, what you're noticing, and what you want to explore.
From there, I listen — to you and to the intuitive and spiritual information that may be present.
I may ask questions or challenge you to look at something differently. We may work with an oracle card, guided meditation, intuitive or energetic information, your spiritual team, or occasionally someone you love who has passed.
Sometimes it's deeply spiritual.
Sometimes it's a conversation that helps you hear something you've been saying to yourself all along.
Often, it's both.

My work isn't about becoming another person you need to consult before you trust yourself.
