Who is Breakthrough Basics for?
Breakthrough Basics is designed for women who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure what needs to change — but know something does. It’s a gentle introduction to coaching for those who are curious but not yet ready to commit to a longer programme. 
I’ve never had coaching before — is that okay?
Yes. In fact it's perfect! This programme is intentionally designed as a safe starting point, with simple guided reflections and supportive exercises to help you begin exploring your thoughts, feelings, and patterns at your own pace. If you have ever wondered what life coaching is and want to find out, this programme is for you.
What happens during the sessions?
Across the three sessions, we explore where you are now, what may be keeping you stuck, and what small, meaningful shifts could begin creating change. You’ll be guided through reflective exercises and leave with practical tools you can continue using after the programme ends. 
Do I need to share deeply personal things?
You are always in control of what you choose to share. Coaching works best when you feel safe and ready, and you are never required to talk about anything you don’t wish to discuss. 
What if I’m not sure what I want to change yet?
That’s completely okay — many people join precisely because they don’t yet have clarity. The programme is designed to help you build awareness first, which naturally leads to clearer direction. 
What happens after the three sessions?
Some participants feel that the awareness and tools they gain are enough to continue independently. Others choose to continue with deeper coaching support. There is never any pressure — you can decide what feels right for you. 
What makes this different from therapy?
Coaching focuses on awareness, forward movement, and helping you build new perspectives and choices in your life. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but instead supports personal growth and change. 
Will I have to speak in the group?
You are always invited, never forced, to share. Many participants find they naturally feel more comfortable speaking as the sessions progress, but you are welcome to participate in the way that feels safest for you. 
What if I feel nervous about joining?
Feeling nervous is very normal, especially if this is something new. Many participants join quietly unsure what to expect — and leave feeling relieved that they finally took the first step.
