Who This is For
This call is for individuals interested in one-to-one reconnection coaching or one of my programs, such as the Reconnection Starter, Mini-Intensive, or The Reconnection Program.
It’s particularly suited to people who have felt isolated, disconnected, or out of practice when it comes to putting themselves out there again — socially, emotionally, or relationally — and who would like thoughtful, structured support in doing so.
If you’re looking to clarify what good connection means to you, what kind of relationships or community you want to build, and how you’d like to move forward, this call is a good first step.
What You'll Come Away With
This introductory call is a chance to talk through what’s bringing you here and to begin making sense of it in a structured way.
In our conversation, we’ll focus on:
- understanding the context of what you’re experiencing
- identifying the main area of focus when it comes to connection (for example: confidence, relationships, direction, or social engagement)
- clarifying what kind of support or structure would be most useful at this stage
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of how to think about your situation, and a better understanding of what next steps — if any — might make sense for you.
This call isn’t about solving things on the spot, but about orienting you properly before any deeper work begins.
What to Expect
This is a relaxed, confidential conversation. You’ll have space to talk through your situation, what you’re looking for, and what feels difficult right now. I’ll ask focused questions to help you clarify your needs and direction.
I’ll also explain how my coaching works and outline the different ways we could work together, but there is no pressure to make a decision during the call. Whether or not we move forward together, my aim is for you to leave with greater clarity and a sense of next steps.
There is no obligation to continue beyond this call. It’s simply an opportunity to explore your options and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
