What is a Discovery Call?
This discovery call is a complimentary consultation intended to explore your goals, answer questions, and determine whether coaching services are an appropriate fit. It is not a coaching session, therapy, counseling, or professional advice, and no formal coaching relationship is established through this conversation. Any information shared will be treated respectfully and with reasonable confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law. Participation is voluntary, and moving forward with coaching services will require a separate signed coaching agreement.

What is coaching?
Coaching is a structured, collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, work through obstacles, and move toward meaningful goals. It focuses on growth, insight, and forward movement. Coaching helps you understand patterns, make intentional decisions, and develop practical strategies for change.
How is coaching different from therapy or counseling?
Coaching is not mental health treatment. Therapy and counseling focus on diagnosing and treating psychological conditions or healing clinical concerns. Coaching focuses on personal growth, goal attainment, decision-making, and changing patterns that affect daily life. If issues arise that require licensed mental health care, a referral to an appropriate professional may be recommended.
What kinds of things can coaching help with?

How long does coaching take?
The length of coaching varies depending on your goals and the patterns being addressed. Most people benefit most from a 2 or 3 month coaching journey. This enables deeper or more complex change. We will discuss what is most appropriate for your situation in a free discovery call.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on before starting?
No. Many people begin coaching because they feel stuck, unclear, or unsure what needs to change. Part of the coaching process is helping you identify what matters most and where to begin.
Is coaching confidential?
