This is a relaxed, confidential conversation to explore what's happening at the moment, what you'd like to change and whether working together feels like the right fit.

There is no obligation to book coaching afterwards.

What we'll explore
During our conversation, we'll talk about:

  • What's happening at the moment and what feels difficult or stuck
  • What you've already tried and what's helped — or hasn't
  • What you'd most like to feel or experience differently
  • Any recurring thoughts, feelings or patterns that may be getting in the way
  • What support might be most helpful
  • Whether coaching feels appropriate for where you are right now

I'll also explain how I work and, if appropriate, tell you more about my six-month Peace of Mind coaching programme.

There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions so that we can both decide whether working together feels like a good fit.

Is coaching right for me?
Coaching can be particularly helpful when there is already some awareness of what's happening, but knowing or understanding it hasn't been enough to create the change wanted.

It may also feel like a natural next step for people who have experienced counselling or therapy in the past, gained valuable insight into themselves and now feel ready for a more active, practical and change-focused way of working.
My approach is personalised and may involve exploring thoughts, beliefs, emotional responses and behavioural patterns, alongside practical ways to create and practise change in everyday life.

What happens afterwards?
If we both feel that working together would be helpful, I'll explain the next steps and answer any questions about Peace of Mind.

There is no expectation to make a decision during the call. And if I don't believe coaching is appropriate for your current needs, I'll tell you honestly.

The purpose of this conversation is simply to explore what's happening, what you'd like to change and whether I'm the right person to help.

Confidentiality
All conversations are confidential and handled with complete discretion.

Testimonials

“My goal was to develop a kinder relationship with myself, quiet overthinking and build confidence. I made huge progress in a surprisingly short space of time and came away with practical tools I still use. Susy brought warmth, structure and accountability in a way that felt supportive rather than overwhelming.”

- PR Consultant, Bristol

“Working with Susy helped me understand how my beliefs and thinking patterns were affecting the way I responded to situations. What I found most valuable was learning how to recognise and manage those thoughts differently rather than being pulled into them. I came away feeling calmer, more self-aware and far more in control.”

- Managing Director, Dublin

“I came to Susy after years of anxiety, self-doubt and losing trust in myself. I had become stuck in overthinking and struggled to make decisions with confidence. Through our work together, I learned practical ways to trust myself, understand my patterns and respond differently under pressure.”

- Department Store Manager, Liverpool

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens during the call?
This is a confidential 30–45 minute conversation where we explore what is currently feeling difficult, what may be driving stress, overthinking or self-doubt, and what meaningful change could look like for you.

Together, we’ll explore whether coaching feels like the right fit and what the most helpful next step may be.
Is this a sales call?
No.

This is a calm, thoughtful conversation designed to help you gain clarity and decide whether this work feels right for you.

There is no pressure to continue.

If we both feel coaching would be helpful, I’ll explain what working together looks like and answer any questions you have.
What if I’m not sure coaching is right for me?
That is completely fine.

Many people book this conversation because they know something needs to change but are unsure what support would help most.

The purpose of the conversation is to help you gain clarity — not to pressure you into a decision.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is needed.

Simply come as you are.

You do not need to have everything figured out or know exactly what the problem is.

We will explore things together.
Is everything confidential?
Yes.

Everything discussed is confidential and handled with complete discretion.

This remains the case even if your coaching is funded through work or an employer.
What happens if we decide coaching is a good fit?
If coaching feels like the right next step, I’ll explain the most suitable option, how the process works, and what you can expect.

You can then decide in your own time whether you would like to continue.
What if coaching is not the right fit?
That is absolutely okay.

If I don’t think I’m the right person to support you, or coaching doesn’t feel like the best next step, I’ll say so honestly.

The aim is clarity — not forcing a fit.
