Serving Sunday - **UNTANGLING** - The Beliefs that Shape Your Reality - 19 April

Most of what gets in our way isn’t a lack of effort - it’s the stories we’ve been believing for years without questioning them.

This session introduces a compassionate way to explore the beliefs that quietly shape your choices, your confidence, and what feels possible.

The reason questioning our beliefs is so powerful is simple:

They quietly shape how we see ourselves, what we think is possible, how we respond to challenge, and the reality we go on to create.

Many of these beliefs weren’t consciously chosen. They were formed early - shaped by what happened to us growing up, what we learned to do to belong, and what we decided about ourselves in moments that mattered.

A lot of what got laid down were core limiting beliefs - and we’ve been living them out, often unknowingly, our whole lives.

This session offers a compassionate, powerful way to question those beliefs - not to judge them, but to loosen their grip and reconnect with what’s actually true for you now.

You’ll work in pairs and small groups, drawing on collective wisdom and shared humanity. You’ll leave with clarity, perspective, and one grounded step forward.

I’m offering five Sunday afternoons this year as a way of giving back. And creating space, to slow down, to listen in, and to reconnect with what you actually want.

Each Sunday will explore a slightly different doorway - clarity, beliefs, vision & inner blocks and identity - but the essence is the same: doing meaningful inner work in community, with gentleness, honesty, and one practical step forward.
