In this program, your labs are ordered through a licensed medical provider, reviewed by an MD/NP, and then translated into a personalized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle plan with direct RN support.
You receive real oversight — not just numbers and we don't just got by " Normal Ranges"
Do I have access to a medical provider?
Yes.
You will have full access to an MD/NP inside your private HIPAA-compliant Lyv Health portal via our chat platform. You can securely message them with questions and receive an in-depth post-lab medical review. If anything warrants a tele-visit, the providers will set that up with you.
Do I still get access to Lauren?
Yes.
You receive direct RN access 7 days a week (8am–5pm) for:
- Lab explanation in plain language
- Nutrition guidance
- Personalized supplement planning
- Lifestyle and recovery support
- Ongoing questions and adjustments
You are never left interpreting results alone.
Is this required if I want peptide therapy later?
No — but it is highly recommended. ( Labs are only medically required for TRT/ HRT therapy currently).
Comprehensive lab work provides the foundation for safe, personalized therapy. If labs indicate peptides, TRT, HRT, or other advanced therapies may be appropriate, you can seamlessly transition into our MD supervised Peptide program.

Will insurance cover the labs?
Lab coverage varies depending on your insurance plan. Some clients choose to submit for reimbursement if able, while others pay out-of-pocket for broader panel access you are not able to get through your PCP. Our program will not accept insurance, it does accept HSA/FSA cards.
What if my labs come back “normal"
“Normal” does not always mean optimal.
We assess trends, functional ranges, nutrient status, inflammation markers, and hormone balance to identify areas for optimization — not just disease detection.
