SOVEREIGN:THE COUPLES INTENSIVE 
an 8-week group couples intensive

The societal blueprints for love and relating no longer align with who we are becoming..

The societal structures that have impacted how we live, love, and relate to one another are all shifting. 

The conditioned ideologies we’ve been fed about what constitutes a fulfilling life, have left us questioning and longing for something more. 

What it means to meet and be met, to see and be seen means something very different today than it did for those who came before us. 

I’m excited to announce that I’m launching a custom-created 
8-week group coaching intensive for couples seeking 
support they attempt to evolve their relationship dynamics into one that feel more aligned and fulfilling
. 
This program fuses the tools I use with couples in 1:1 sessions alongside opportunities for processing and having our experiences mirrored in a group container of others experiencing similar themes in their relationship dynamics.

We will dive into relational energetics – including attachment, family of origin, and masculine and feminine energetics; understanding self-sovereignty as the key to relational and collective healing; and what it means to step into the fullest expression of your Soul’s purpose while staying connected to another. 

✓ Recognizing limiting patterns, codependent tendencies, distorted forms of relating & processing.

✓ Identifying where and how we miss one another and how to find our way back from the inevitable ruptures that occur in relationships.

✓ Unearthing the origin points of the  defense strategies that keep us from experiencing the type of safety and aliveness we long for in partnership. 

✓ Understanding how to balance our innate human need for belonging with the need to release fear based ways of relating to others.

✓ Grounding into a more authentic way of showing up in your  relationships while maintaining a connection to your(S)elf as a sovereign being.

✓ Expanding your understanding of energetics, the practice of reparenting ourselves, healthy polarity, and unearthing a deeper sense of connection.

✓You feel stuck and are experiencing a lack of fulfillment in your current relationship dynamic

✓You’re no longer feeling aligned in a shared vision that makes sense to both of you -– but charting a new course makes you  feel overwhelmed and uncertain 

✓You have a strong desire to experience love that supports you both people in feeling a sense of safety, as well as  aliveness
