People who are about to start — or have recently started — a new job and want intentional support through the transition. Maybe you've struggled in past roles with routine disruption, energy management, or the interpersonal demands of a new workplace. Maybe you just want to set yourself up for success from day one and not white-knuckle it until things settle down. This package is for you if you want intentional coaching that ensures you're setting a sustainable pace from Day One.

A stable, sustainable first 90 days — professionally and personally. You'll have a rhythm plan that works for your real life, a clear picture of your workplace relationships and how to navigate them, and 30/60/90 day goals that hold both your career ambitions and your well-being. You'll know what you need, how to ask for it, and how to show up to your 90-day review with confidence.

What to Expect
Eight coaching sessions spread across 90 days using a session bank model — meaning you use them in the way that works best for you. Some clients front-load sessions early when the adjustment is most intense; others space them out every two weeks; most do a mix. 

Between sessions, you'll use a suite of tools — a New Job Rhythm Planner, Relationship Map, and 30/60/90 Day Goals Template — and complete a short weekly check-in survey that we'll review together at the start of each session. Sessions are 50 minutes and client-driven.

This package draws on several evidence-based frameworks from psychology, career development theory, and organizational development theory, applied within a coaching context:

  • Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT) — anchors the rhythm work, helping you build and protect the daily routines that support your stability through the transition
  • Lewin's Change Model — guides the arc of the 90 days: unfreezing old patterns, actively building new ones, and solidifying what works
  • Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Model — helps us look at the full picture of your support network, from your closest relationships to the broader systems shaping your experience at work
  • Edmondson's Psychological Safety Model — helps you understand the zone you're operating in at work and what you need to move toward the high-safety, high-performance space where you can truly thrive
  • Vallerand's Dualistic Model of Passion — helps us keep an eye on the difference between engaged, sustainable investment in your work and the kind of over-extension that quietly erodes everything else

How to Prepare
Nothing needed before our first session — just come ready to talk about what you're hoping for, what you're nervous about, and what hasn't worked in past transitions. If you'd like to start thinking ahead, jot down what you most want these 90 days to look and feel like.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I purchase the package?
You'll schedule your first appointment. You'll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and a brief intake form to help us make the most of our time together. If you have the job description for the position you are starting that helps to give me context, though it's not required.

From there, you can book your following sessions one at a time, whenever you're ready. There's no set cadence required — you're in control of the pace. So, if you prefer to meet every 2 weeks, or meet every week at the beginning and have brief check-ins later, you can adjust it based on what is going to help you the most.
What if I don't use all 8 sessions within 90 days?
Life happens. If you need a little more time, reach out and we'll figure it out together. Sessions do not roll over indefinitely, but I'm not going to leave you hanging if something comes up.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy for sessions?
Please notify me at least 24 hours before a scheduled session if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited from your session bank. If something unexpected comes up, reach out and we'll do our best to work it out.
Is this coaching or therapy?
This is coaching. While this package draws on frameworks from psychology and incorporates well-being into the work, it is not therapy and does not replace clinical mental health treatment. If you're currently working with a therapist, this package can complement that work well.
