Starting a new job is one of the biggest rhythm disruptions there is. Everything shifts at once — your schedule, your social environment, your sense of competence. For most people, the first 90 days are about white-knuckling it until things settle. This package is built around a different idea: what if you set a sustainable pace from day one instead of recovering from the one you stumbled into?

You're about to start — or have recently started — a new job and you want intentional support through the transition. Maybe past roles have been derailed by routine disruption, energy crashes, or the interpersonal demands of a new workplace. Maybe you just want to show up differently this time. What to Expect
Eight sessions spread across 90 days using a session bank model — four 50-minute sessions and four 30-minute sessions, used in whatever configuration works best for you. Some clients front-load early when the adjustment is most intense. Others space things out every two weeks. Most do a mix, and we figure that out together as things unfold.

Between sessions, you'll work with a suite of tools — a New Job Rhythm Planner, Relationship Map, and 30/60/90 Day Goals Template — and complete a short weekly check-in survey that we'll use to open each session. Sessions are client-driven. You bring what's most alive that week.

The Framework
This package draws on several evidence-based frameworks applied within a coaching context:
  • IPSRT — anchors the rhythm work, helping you build and protect the daily routines that support stability through the transition
  • Lewin's Change Model — guides the arc of the 90 days: unfreezing old patterns, actively building new ones, and solidifying what works
  • Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Model — helps us look at the full picture, from your closest relationships to the broader systems shaping your experience at work
  • Edmondson's Psychological Safety Model — helps you understand the environment you're operating in and what you need to move toward a space where you can actually thrive
  • Vallerand's Dualistic Model of Passion — keeps an eye on the difference between sustainable investment in your work and the kind of over-extension that quietly erodes everything else

How to Prepare
Nothing needed before our first session. Just come ready to talk about what you're hoping for, what you're nervous about, and what hasn't worked in past transitions. If you want to think ahead, jot down what you most want these 90 days to look and feel like.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I purchase the package?
You'll schedule your first appointment. You'll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and a brief intake form to help us make the most of our time together. If you have the job description for the position you are starting that helps to give me context, though it's not required.

From there, you can book your following sessions one at a time, whenever you're ready. There's no set cadence required — you're in control of the pace. So, if you prefer to meet every 2 weeks, or meet every week at the beginning and have brief check-ins later, you can adjust it based on what is going to help you the most.
What if I don't use all 8 sessions within 90 days?
Life happens. If you need a little more time, reach out and we'll figure it out together. Sessions do not roll over indefinitely, but I'm not going to leave you hanging if something comes up.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy for sessions?
Please notify me at least 24 hours before a scheduled session if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited from your session bank. If something unexpected comes up, reach out and we'll do our best to work it out.
Is this coaching or therapy?
This is coaching. While this package draws on frameworks from psychology and incorporates well-being into the work, it is not therapy and does not replace clinical mental health treatment. If you're currently working with a therapist, this package can complement that work well.
