Session One: Notice Where You Close
We’ll identify the specific circumstances that trigger you and uncover the patterns that cause you to tighten — mentally, emotionally, or physically. Where do you contract? Where do you resist? Where do you make the situation mean something about you? This session is about awareness. You can’t stay open if you don’t first see how and when you close.
Between Sessions You’ll practice:

In our second session, we’ll work on how to remain calm when life gets stormy. You’ll practice responding instead of reacting, acting where action is needed, and relaxing where it isn’t. This is where you build inner strength — not by controlling circumstances, but by strengthening who you are within them.
