What is the ELI?

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is a proprietary, research-backed attitudinal assessment tool that takes something abstract - the way you experience the world - and turns it into a tangible metric.

This powerful tool shines a light on the energy, mindset and perspective we each bring to situations, decisions and relationships in our lives based on our unique circumstances and life experiences, and the ways that vantage point can either hold us back, or be harnessed to propel us forward. It is based on a framework of 7 levels of energy which all thoughts and feelings can be seen through.

You’ve probably heard of or used personality tests like Myers Briggs, DiSC, and Enneagram, trying to better understand yourself and others. They can be powerful and provide deep insight into patterns, perspectives and behaviours. The difference being that your result from Myers Briggs, DiSC and Enneagram can be quite fixed (you are who you are) with only minor opportunities to shift, while there is enormous potential in your Energy Leadership™ profile to transform and elevate based on the increased self awareness generated by this assessment, which then drives conscious choice and action. 

The ELI is incredibly powerful for both individuals and teams, and can be used to concretely track progress through a major career or life transition, or from start to finish in a coaching program to demonstrate measurable change.

As your Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), I’ll send you the simple online assessment which will take you about 20 - 30 minutes to complete. 

Once your results are in, I’ll guide you through a 1:1 ELI debrief session. During this personalized session, we’ll dive deep into your results and uncover a clear path to unlocking your potential in alignment with goals. You will leave the session with a detailed PDF report of your results as well as a clear understanding of how to immediately use what you have learned in your life. 

The result: Deep personal insights inside a measurable and tangible framework, enabling clarity in knowing one’s self and understanding others, and actionable steps to intentionally and consciously moving forward towards what you want the most.
