During these 60-minute virtual sessions, we may revisit topics such as nourishment patterns, energy and fatigue, sleep changes, stress management, or the physical and emotional shifts that can occur during perimenopause and menopause. The conversation is flexible and designed to meet you where you are, helping you continue building steadiness and confidence in caring for yourself during midlife.

No. Sessions are not recorded in order to maintain privacy and allow for open conversation.
What if I need to reschedule my session?
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can find another time that works. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled.
Is this medical care or medical advice?
No. Add-On Private Sessions are wellness coaching sessions focused on education, reflection, and lifestyle support. They do not replace medical care or consultation with your healthcare provider.
