If you've been thinking about the 4-Month Leadership Accelerator and wondering whether it's the right fit for you, this is where you start.

The Accelerator is a high-touch, private coaching partnership — and because of that, I work with a small number of clients at a time. Before anyone enrolls, I want to make sure the timing, the goals, and the dynamic are right for both of us. That's what this application is for.

Here's how it works:
You'll answer a few honest questions about where you are, what you're working toward, and what you've already tried. There's no right way to answer — I'm just looking to understand your world a little before we talk.

Once you submit, I'll review your application personally and be in touch within 2–3 business days. If it feels like a strong fit, we'll either connect briefly by phone or I'll send you a direct link to enroll. If the timing isn't right or a different offer might serve you better, I'll tell you that too.

No pressure. No commitment. Just an honest conversation about whether this is your next right step.

Is this really free?
Yes. This application is completely free to submit. There is no payment at this stage — you are simply sharing a bit about where you are and what you are working toward so we can determine if this is the right fit.
Why is this offer application-based?
Because this is a deeper, higher-touch engagement, I want to make sure it is the right fit for both of us. The application is brief — just a few questions to help us clarify your goals, your season, and whether this container is the best next step for your needs. There is no lengthy process here, just an intentional one.
What happens after I apply?
I review every application personally. If it feels like a strong fit, I will reach out within 2–3 business days to schedule a brief call or send you next steps directly. If the timing or fit isn't quite right, I will let you know and we can explore other options together.
When do I pay?
Only after we have confirmed fit and you have decided to move forward. You will receive a private booking link at that point to complete your enrollment.
What if I'm not sure this is the right offer for me?
