What happens in this workshop:
This is not a lecture. It is a live, embodied experience integrating psychoeducation, somatic practice, self-reflection, and peer connection.
You will learn to recognise the four core trauma responses — fight, flight, freeze, fawn — as they show up in your leadership style.
You will understand how your nervous system state influences your decisions, your communication, and the safety of your team.
And through a guided body mapping practice, you will build a personal map of your triggers and learn regulation tools you can use in real time — in the meeting, before the conversation, under pressure.
