Do you accept insurance?
No, I do not accept insurance. Coaching sessions are not clinical therapy and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. All sessions are self-pay and payment is due at the time of booking.

Yes, we do.
REFUND POLICY:
1. A 100% refund of payment received is available for up to 3 days after initial purchase and up to 24 hours before the initial scheduled appointment.
2. If a full cancellation of this package is desired after the 24-hour time period expires and before the first appointment is held, the following applies:

What if I don't show up for an appointment? Can I reschedule?
Only sessions that are rescheduled 24 hours prior to the appointment can be rescheduled.
Any no-show appointments are not eligible for rescheduling and are counted as used sessions.

Unused sessions
Different than a no-show, as a coach and a professional, I understand life happens. If there is a reason that you will not be able to complete the package of 10 sessions due to circumstances beyond your control, the unused sessions will be banked to be used at a later date and on an agreed upon time.
