A VIP Immersion Day is a deeply personalized six-hour experience designed to help you move through what has felt impossible to shift on your own. Instead of spreading the work over months, we create the time and space to explore the root of what's happening, gently untangle the patterns keeping you stuck, and begin embodying a new way of being.
Every immersion is thoughtfully customized to your needs. Depending on your goals, our time together may include somatic coaching, nervous system regulation, attachment and relationship work, intimacy and sexuality, communication, shadow integration, values clarification, guided exercises, embodiment practices, nature-based reflection, or strategic planning for the next chapter of your life.
There is no rigid agenda. We follow what is most alive while balancing deep inner work with moments of rest, movement, nourishment, and integration. The pace allows insights to settle into the body (not just the mind), creating the conditions for meaningful, sustainable transformation.
Ideal for individuals and couples navigating significant life transitions, relationship crossroads, betrayal recovery, trauma healing, opening or repairing relationships, identity shifts, burnout, or anyone ready to make substantial progress in a focused and supportive container.
Sessions are held in Central Oregon or at another mutually agreed-upon location.
This is a private, high-touch experience created for those ready to invest deeply in themselves and the life they're here to live.
- Travel, accommodations, venue costs, meals, and special activities are separate. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the day, with the remaining balance due two to four weeks beforehand.
- Lunch and short integration breaks are included throughout the day to support your nervous system and allow the work to unfold naturally
- Please plan for a specious day, with time before and after your session for preparation and integration
- Absolutely no alcohol or substances before or after your immersion experience
