Who is this package for?
This package is for people who are ready to look a little deeper at what is keeping them stuck and begin making meaningful personal shifts with dedicated one-to-one support. It is ideal if you want focused space to explore a specific area of your life and begin creating real change. 
I’ve never had coaching before — is that okay?
You don’t need any previous experience. We’ll start wherever you are, and I’ll gently guide you through the process, moving at a pace that feels right for you. 
What happens during the sessions?
Across 3 private coaching sessions, we explore your current challenges, uncover the beliefs or patterns that may be holding you back, and begin developing new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding. Each session is guided by me, tailored to you, allowing the work to unfold at the pace that feels right. There’s no set agenda and nothing you need to prepare. We’ll start wherever you are, and I’ll gently guide you as we explore what feels most important in the moment, allowing things to unfold at a pace that feels right for you. 
Do I need to share deeply personal things?
You are always in control of what you choose to share. Coaching works best when you feel safe and ready, and you are never required to talk about anything you don’t wish to discuss. 
What if I’m not sure what I want to change yet?
That’s completely okay — many people join precisely because they don’t yet have clarity. The programme is designed to help you build awareness first, which naturally leads to clearer direction. 
What happens after the three sessions?
Some people find that the awareness and tools they gain are enough to continue on their own.  Others choose to continue with further coaching, exploring things more deeply over time.  There’s no pressure either way — you can take a little time to notice what’s shifted for you, and decide what feels right.
What makes this different from therapy?
Coaching focuses on awareness, forward movement, and helping you build new perspectives and choices in your life. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but instead supports personal growth and change. 
What if I feel nervous about signing up?
Feeling nervous is very normal, especially if this is something new. Many participants join quietly unsure what to expect — and leave feeling relieved that they finally took the first step.
