This package includes a free PDF of the journaling prompts I use in my coaching sessions and guided audio recordings. To get the most use out of these products, I recommend listening to the recordings to guide you through the homework. Then take a pause to complete the homework to your satisfaction. And then continue with the audio recording for the additional reflection work. Additional space is added to the PDF in case you want to jot down any more thoughts you have during the reflection work.
