This package is for individuals who are ready to develop higher agency through 1:1 coaching using The Self Authored Framework.

At the end of our sessions together, you'll walk away with a stronger understanding of what your core values are, what your personal vision of success is, what your naturally talented at, what you may be missing to achieve success, and the pragmatic next steps. Having that foundation will set you on your way to having higher agency. 

This package includes:

- 7 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions to go through the 7 topics in the Self Authored Framework
- 7 30 minute 1:1 coaching sessions in between the Topics sessions to be able to dive deeper

When booking your sessions, I would encourage starting with a 60 minute session, where we can introduce the topic and perform the reflection work. Then schedule a 30 min session for the next week where we'll dive deeper after you've had some time to process the Topic session. Continue scheduling the remainder of the sessions in this manner.
