Having that foundation will set you on your way to having higher agency. 

This package includes:

- 7 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions to go through the 7 topics in the Self Authored Framework

Each week, you'll do some reflection homework before our sessions. The homework is your own so you can spend as little or as much time on it as you'd like. Then we'll meet for our coaching session and talk through your homework and dive deeper into the topics.
