Where does the session take place?
Sessions are held at Alviva Soul in Colwall, a private and calm space designed for crystal healing and grounding work. Full address details are provided after booking.
What do I need to prepare?
Simply wear comfortable clothing suitable for lying down and arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time.
Everything else is provided. You don’t need to bring crystals or any special equipment.
What happens during the session?
We begin with grounding and a short check-in. I then intuitively assess your energy and chakras to understand where support is needed.
From there, I create a personalised crystal healing layout and begin the session while guiding you into a calm, relaxed state.
Your role is simply to rest, breathe, and allow the process to unfold. Some people feel warmth, heaviness, emotion, or deep relaxation. Others simply feel calm. There is no “right” way to experience it.
Afterwards, we gently close the session and I share any insights or guidance that arose.
Can I pause or stop the session if I need to?
Yes. You are always in control of your session.

Sessions are paced gently and safely. If emotions rise, we ground together and only continue in a way that feels right for you.

Is this a substitute for medical or therapeutic care?
No. Crystal healing is complementary support and does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
It can work beautifully alongside other forms of care, but you remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental health support where needed.
Do I need more than one session?
Some people feel a clear shift after one session. Others choose to book regularly for ongoing grounding, emotional clarity, or deeper energetic support.
Energy work is a process, not a one-off fix. If it feels supportive for you, we can create a rhythm that suits your life.
