CANCELLATIONS
NO REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your lesson, open the appointment in your calendar, scroll down the appointment details, click cancel, then input your reason for cancelling. Then add another lesson to our schedules using the scheduling link.
- Recommended goggles HERE -- these typically last over a year, they are very easy to adjust, and the lenses are not mirrored or tinted.
- If your child is frequently cold during lessons, here is the wetsuit that seems to be the favorite.
Expectations & Reminders for parents/grandparents:
–BROKEN TOP CLUB–
- Packing list: suit, towel, goggles, Sunscreen, filled water bottle, slip-off shoes
- Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get through the parking lot, signed in with the pool staff, showered in the locker room and into the pool.
- Do NOT interrupt coaching (unless it is to cheer)-- I work really hard to develop trust with each child, which will take some time and happens faster when parents allow the lesson to go uninterrupted.
- All lessons are paid and scheduled online before the start of the lesson.
