- Chakras — to identify where your energy is blocked, depleted, or out of alignment
So instead of just experiencing a shift, you understand it. You work with it. You know what to do next.
Why crystals?
Different emotions often relate to different chakras, and each chakra resonates with particular crystal frequencies. Some crystals support the release of heavy or stagnant energy. Others stabilise, soothe, or support the feeling you're ready to move towards.
Your session includes a personalised two-crystal prescription:
- one crystal to support emotional release
- one crystal to support the feeling you're moving towards
Before your session
You'll receive a short pre-session reflection. A simple emotions check-in and guided feelings wheel to help you arrive with a little more awareness. No pressure to get it right. Just a gentle place to start.
During your session
We begin by grounding and creating a calm, focused space. Together we identify what you're feeling, explore where it shows up in your body, connect this to your chakra system, and clarify what you're actually ready to shift.
You don't need to have the right words. We work with what's present.
After your session
Within 48 hours, I complete the deeper energetic work on your behalf. This includes identifying the chakra imbalance connected to your experience, selecting your two crystals, and creating your personalised prescription with simple guidance on how to use them.
Your prescription is added to your client portal, and you'll be notified when it's ready.
