JOIN US THURSDAYS at 12 noon for our Adult ADHD Support Group. Open to adults ages 18+ with a diagnosis of ADHD (or suspected diagnosis). We will share our experiences and hopes while providing acceptance, practical tools and strategies for common ADHD challenges. This group meets online; a meeting link will be emailed each week.
