What if I want to switch packages or services after I paid for one?
The simple answer is you can't. There is a no refund policy for all packages or services. The alternative is buying the wanted or valued service after the current one is completed.
How do I reenroll or renew my time with you?
After any program/service, one off assessment, sessions, etc., you automatically receive a flat rate of 30% off each time for reenrollment. This does not roll over to other programs/services and only applies to the selected program/service.
What are your hours?
I reside in Central Time Zone U.S. and available from 3PM-8PM Monday through Friday & 10:30AM-4PM Saturdays. At any point these time blocks change, all recipients will be notified.
My payment didn't go through or was cancelled. What now?
In any situation where the process of transaction was interrupted or error involved, the payment will be returned immediately. Once the client and coach's bank sort out the necessities, any payment will be returned upon error regardless of choice of payment.
Can I add or share a testimonial?
Sure! After we discuss via e-mail or desired way of connecting, we can then further share what to express to others here and add photos!
Is there another way of contacting online?
Yes, I have a business WhatsApp that's an optional choice of video call besides Zoom, facetime, or phone call. The handle/tag for it is: Koy's Koaching. Other options include Microsoft Teams, & Google Meet.
There wasn't a good connection between us for the Zoom call or other source of video call.
No worries! If issues arise within the first 10 minutes of the call due to inclement weather, weak connection, abrupt emergency timing, etc., we can follow through with rescheduling as soon as possible.
