One-off session for you to experience the energy of your primary selves and hear what specific parts of you have to say, which is very illuminating and healing. This session will centre around a particular issue that may be present in your life, and you'll get a taste of what voice dialogue is.
The way the session unfolds depends on you and what is going on for you, but typically we will speak to 2 or 3 selves in each session. It can feel like a "massage of the psyche" or "yoga for the mind" as I've been told by clients before...
Voice Dialogue is a fantastic way to explore what's at the root of any internal conflict, to find clarity and a more effective way forward. It involves speaking to the different parts of you that are coming up in relation to any particular situation or area of your life. The inner selves are individual to you, but some are common to many - such as the Inner Critic, Inner Child, the Pusher, the People-Pleaser, and the list goes on.
There may be a conflict between these parts which could be causing you a great deal of discomfort, confusion and stress, putting a strain on your relationships and personal well-being. Through voice dialogue, we aim to release the tension in that conflict, so that you can experience more:
