What to Expect

Our Inquiry Call is a relaxed, no obligation, confidential space to slow down, share what's on your heart, name the obstacles you are facing, what gaps you'd like to close, and explore the dreams and aspirations you'd like to reach. Together, we'll talk through what could be contributing to feelings of stress, overwhelm, confusion, or feeling stuck.  Through thoughtful conversation and reflection, you’ll gain greater clarity, direction, and understanding of what support may be most helpful for you or your family.

During our conversation, I’ll also share more about the coaching process, answer any questions you may have, and help determine whether this coaching relationship feels like the right fit for your needs and goals. There is no pressure or obligation to move forward after the call. My hope is that you leave the conversation feeling heard, encouraged, and more confident about your next steps moving forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens during the Inquiry Call?
The Inquiry Call is a relaxed, 30-minute conversation where we'll discuss what is bringing you to coaching, what challenges or goals you're currently navigating, and what type of support you're looking for. You'll have an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the coaching process, and determine whether coaching feels like a good fit for your needs.
Is the Inquiry Call free?
Yes. The Inquiry Call is completely free and comes with no obligation to purchase coaching services.
Is the Inquiry Call a coaching session?
Not exactly. While you may leave with greater clarity or a helpful next step, the primary purpose of the Inquiry Call is to learn more about one another, discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine whether coaching is a good fit.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching is often a good fit for individuals who are looking for support, accountability, reflection, personal growth, habit development, goal achievement, or guidance through a transition. If you're unsure whether coaching is right for you, that's perfectly okay—the Inquiry Call is designed to help you explore that question.
Is coaching the same as counseling or therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on the present and future while helping individuals increase self-awareness, strengthen skills, explore goals, and move forward with greater intentionality. Coaching is not counseling, therapy, or mental health treatment. If you're struggling with or need healing from past trauma, are currently in crisis, or managing with debilitating behavioral, cognitive, or emotional issues. Please reach out to a trained mental health provider.
What happens after the Inquiry Call?
At the end of the conversation, we'll discuss whether coaching appears to be a good fit and which coaching option may best support your goals. If coaching feels like the right next step, you'll receive information about how to get started. If not, there is absolutely no pressure or obligation to move forward.
What if I still have questions?
That's exactly what the Inquiry Call is for. Feel free to bring any questions you have about coaching, packages, expectations, confidentiality, or the coaching process. My goal is for you to leave the conversation feeling informed, supported, and clear about your next steps.
