Who This is For

This programme is for thoughtful, values-led creative professionals who know something needs to change but aren't sure what the way forward looks like.

If you're ready to trust yourself again, stop circling decisions, and confidently author your own next chapter, this programme is for you.

What You'll Come Away With

By the end of three months, you'll have:

  • A clearer sense of what matters and where you want to go
  • Greater trust in your own judgement and decisions
  • The clarity and confidence to stop circling and move forward
  • A way of working that feels sustainable and genuinely your own

Put simply: clarity, self-trust, and your own way forward.

What to Expect

Over three months, across six one-to-one sessions, we create a focused space to make sense of what’s happening and find a way forward that feels like yours.

There’s no fixed formula. We work at your pace, with your priorities, shaping the process around where you are.

You can expect a structured space to think clearly, careful listening so you feel properly heard, clarity that’s often hard to reach alone, and gentle challenge that supports aligned action.

Between sessions, I may offer optional creative or reflective tools but only where they feel useful.

How to Prepare

Before we begin, I’ll invite you to complete a short questionnaire to help you reflect on where you are and what you’d like from our time together.

There’s nothing you need to get “right” - just a willingness to pause and think honestly.

For each session, it can help to bring a notebook to capture insights, questions, and anything you want to return to between conversations.

Testimonials

“Jane, you are a magician, or a gold miner, or an expert gardener - just amazing at pulling sense and meaning from all the mass of information.”

- Lerato Stanley-Dunn

"Coaching with Jane was everything I could have hoped for and more. I learned so much about myself, my leadership and how to navigate through tough times. Our work together encompassed the micro- firefighting, workload, team dynamics and the wider picture - how to operate within systems and longer term strategic thinking.

"Jane is compassionate and kind, but holds you in accountability. She has a way of asking the hardest questions, and guiding you to find your own answers. I cannot recommend Jane's coaching enough."

- Previous Coaching Client

“The coaching space felt safe, comfortable, and non-judgemental. I was able to make myself vulnerable and open. I have a sense of relief now, like yes, this might be an uphill climb, but it might actually be doable, and someone I trust is at the other end of the rope.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?
There’s probably no such thing as ready. But if you find yourself going round in circles or struggling to move forward, coaching can help you find a way through. We work gently, at your pace.

What if I don’t know what I want to work on yet?
That’s completely fine, and very common. People often arrive with a sense that something needs to change, without knowing what or how. Figuring that out together is often where we begin.
Will six sessions be enough?
Six sessions over three months is usually enough to make sense of what’s going on and begin moving forward. For some, that’s enough. For others, it becomes the start of something they choose to continue. There’s no expectation either way.
How much time will I need between sessions?
Fortnightly sessions tend to work well, especially at the start. Some people prefer weekly; later, sessions may stretch to monthly as things settle. We’ll find a rhythm that suits you.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
You’ll have access to your own online calendar where you can reschedule easily. I just ask for 24 hours’ notice where possible.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. What you bring to coaching is treated as confidential, with the usual professional exceptions around safeguarding. Creating a space where you can speak openly is central to how I work.
