 A 15-minute conversation to see if what you're looking for is something coaching can help with. No pitch, no pressure. 
How long is it?
 15 minutes, by Zoom. 
Do I need to prepare anything?
 No. Just come with a sense of what's been on your mind. 
Is this a sales call?
 No. It's a filtering conversation, for both of us. If it's a good fit, I'll tell you. If it isn't, I'll say that too. 
What happens after?
 If it seems like a good fit, I'll invite you to book an Exploration Session. That's a paid 90-minute conversation where we go deeper and figure out next steps together.
