This 3-session package is designed as a soft landing—a low-pressure way to receive support without a long-term commitment. Together, we will focus on grounding, normalization of your emotions, and practical coping tools for daily life.

- Three (3) 45-Minute One-on-One Sessions: Held via Google Meet (limited in person appointments available on Tuesday evenings), we will explore what you are currently carrying, create space for your feelings, and build a "new normal" that honors your loved one.
- Email Support Between Sessions: Need to get a thought out of your head, or need a quick grounding technique? You have access to me via email between our sessions to help you navigate challenging moments.
- A "No-Pressure" Approach: There is no timeline for grief. My coaching approach focuses on presence and compassion rather than "fixing" or "getting over" your loss.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose the 3 session package?
You can choose whichever approach works best for you, but I generally suggest starting with a 3-6 session block. Committing to a series of sessions gives you a discount, plus it adds a layer of consistency and structure that can make life feel a little more manageable when you're in the thick of grief.
Think of it this way: our brains crave patterns to feel safe, and grief can feel like we’re learning to navigate the world all over again. Sticking to a steady, predictable schedule of support can help your brain find its footing as you adjust to this new way of life.
I’m all about keeping things honest, direct, and focused on you. You’ll always get my full attention and support, no matter how many sessions you book. I’m truly grateful you’re here and I’m ready to be in your corner whenever you’re ready to start. See you soon!
