Do I need special software to use the fillable PDF?
Open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or in Preview on a Mac. The first page contains a step-by-step guide for typing into the workbook: the cursor appears at the top of every page, press Return to move down to the space below the question you want to answer, then type. You can also print the workbook and write by hand if you prefer — both are honoured.
How long does it take to work through?
The workbook is paced to the first nine months after diagnosis. There is no required schedule. Some readers finish in a few weeks; many move slowly through one chapter at a time. Both are honoured. You can log back in to your purchase at any time and download the file again — lifetime access means lifetime access.
