You've been thinking about making a move. Maybe for a few weeks. Maybe longer than you'd like to admit.
If you're ready to stop thinking and start moving, with a clear strategy, real support, and a small group of people who actually get what you're navigating, this is your next step.
This Is For You If...
You're an experienced professional who is:
Searching on your own and not getting the traction you expected. Fitting your job search into stolen moments between a full time job and a full life. Doing all the right things on paper but something isn't clicking. Ready to get out of a draining environment and finally make your move. Leaving a high-hours, high-prestige environment, unsure how skills translate. Leaving a role, organization, or identity that meant something to you, whether that's a firm, a mission-driven organization, or a job you built real community around, and you're more afraid of losing that than of making the wrong next move. Starting fresh and want to do this right from day one.
If you nodded at any of those, you're exactly who I built this for.
What Makes This Different
Most job search advice treats the search like a mechanical process. Send more applications. Optimize your keywords. Follow up three days later.
I don't coach that way.
The professionals I work with have felt stuck up until we begin together because the strategy is scattered, the confidence has taken hits, and there's no one in their corner helping them see the full picture.
Job Search Launch is designed to addresses both the strategy and the mindset work that makes everything click and create forward momentum.

Here's What Week 1 Looks Like
Here's What Week 1 Looks Like
90 minutes, live, Monday evening
- Welcome + community kickoff (10 min): Meet the group, set intentions for the six weeks ahead
- Career clarity deep dive (35 min): Work through the Job Search Wheel together to pinpoint exactly where you're stuck: mindset, networking, applications, or skills
- Guided discussion (30 min): Using structured discussion and prompts, and avoiding the dreaded lecture format. You'll hear how others in the room are thinking through their own search, and that shared perspective often surfaces language for what you're looking for faster than working it out alone. Even if you walked in unsure, you won't stay that way for long.
- Action planning (15 min): Identify and begin working through your next steps before the next session
Homework (Example):
After Session 1, your homework isn't a worksheet, it's action: post your new introduction or branding statement in our community channel and get feedback from the group before you use it anywhere else.

How This Works
Cohort 3 is starting on October 12th! To leave enough time for onboarding, spots close October 9. Book your free Job Search Audit call before then to secure your seat.
Six Monday evening sessions, built for professionals working full time. Spots are intentionally limited to keep the group small and the coaching real.
The best way to know if this is the right fit is a conversation together, not just filling out a form.
Beyond the six weeks, you're not on your own. Graduates are invited to an alumni only monthly community catch-up call, a space to check in, ask questions, and stay connected with people who get what you're navigating.

No pressure, no sales script. Just an honest conversation about your search, what type of challenges you're experiencing and the appropriate next steps to help you move towards your goals.
After the Call
After the Call
If it's a fit, you'll get an enrollment link on the spot, along with a welcome packet covering what to expect, how to prep for Session 1, and access to your community. You'll hear from me directly before Day 1, so nothing about October 12 feels like a cold start.
A Note From Lea
I built Job Search Launch because I kept having the same conversation over and over with experienced professionals who were searching alone. I completely relate to the experience.
I know this from the inside. I've had several career chapters, Deloitte, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the British Consulate, redesigning Career Services at General Assembly, and every single move taught me the same thing: leaving something that mattered is its own kind of grief, even when it's the right call.

What surprised me most each time wasn't finding the next thing. It was how long it took me to slow down enough to even know what I wanted.
I'd get so used to running at someone else's pace that I tried to sprint toward clarity the same way, like it was just another deliverable. It doesn't work that way.

The fear I didn't expect, every time, was about community. Losing the room, the people who understood exactly what I was carrying, even on the hard days. I sat with that more than once.
What I found on the other side surprised me too. The things each chapter built in me, orienting fast in unfamiliar situations, seeing problems clearly, holding complexity without falling apart, didn't disappear when I moved on. They came with me, every time. That's part of why community is built into everything I do here. You shouldn't have to trade one room for isolation just to get to the next thing.
This program is what I wish had existed for me. And watching it work for the people inside it, that's why I show up every single week.
You're invited to join us in this room to make space for your career potential.
I'd love to have you be a part of it.

The Investment Pays for Itself
Clients consistently negotiate well beyond the cost of Job Search Launch. John secured an extra $15,000 in salary plus an education bonus that covered his program fees and then some. Elizabeth used what she learned in the negotiation workshop to add 12% to a new offer. Aaron's negotiated contracting offer included a stipend that covered the program cost with room to spare.
For most clients, the investment pays for your growth and more.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I'm not sure what I want to do next?
Perfect. Week 1 is all about gaining clarity. Some people come in knowing exactly what they want; others are exploring. Both paths are welcomed and supported.
How much time will I need outside of the weekly sessions?
Plan for 2-4 hours per week for homework (updating materials, outreach, applications). This is designed for busy professionals—it's doable.
What if I don't get a job in 6 weeks?
This program prepares you to launch your search—it doesn't guarantee a job in 6 weeks. Most job searches take 3-6 months (especially right now). You'll leave with everything you need to land your next role and an accountability partner to keep you going.
Can I do this if I'm employed full-time?
YES. This program is designed FOR employed professionals. Sessions are in the evening, and the work is manageable alongside your current job.
