💬 In This Workshop, We’ll Explore:
  • Why so many expat mothers feel lost, overwhelmed, or paralyzed in times of conflict
  • Understand how uncertainty, emotional overload, and the pressure of carrying so much for a family can affect clarity, steadiness, and decision-making
  • The stories and expectations that may be adding pressure
  • Gently surface some of the “shoulds” many mothers carry in times of crisis— and begin loosening the grip they can have on peace, presence, and discernment
  • Emotional coaching for working with difficult feelings
  • Explore emotions such as sadness, resentment, and anxiety not as problems to suppress, but as meaningful signals that can offer clarity, self-understanding, and support in navigating this moment
  • A restorative therapeutic art experience for grounding and inner steadiness
  • Small-group connection with others navigating similar realities
  • Through country-based breakout groups, there will be space for reflection, shared humanity, and supportive conversation with other expat mothers facing similar uncertainties

This workshop blends ontological coaching, therapeutic art, and community support.

Testimonials

Through Daniela's coaching, I learned how to see and interpret parts of my reality in a whole new way! Daniela is an amazing coach.

She made me feel comfortable, heard, and confident throughout the session. The exercises she used were powerful and aligned perfectly with what we discussed.

I highly recommend her!

- Johanna Chung Russell

“I used to reach for ways to numb or distract when things felt overwhelming.

After working with Janaline, I now find myself picking up my pencils and doodling instead.

It feels so much better — like I’m soothing myself in a healthier, more grounding way.”

- Jennifer M. Sontag
