What’s Included

  • Six Live Masterclasses
    Learn the core tools and frameworks: the four pillars of positive presenting (planning, preparation, power and positivity), audience‑first content, the journey‑map structure, storytelling, hooks and headlines, rehearsal and logistics, audience engagement, slide best practices and virtual‑presenting essentials.
  • Six Small‑group Practice Sessions
    Try out your content in a safe, intimate group. Get clear, kind feedback on both your message and your delivery, and build your confidence week by week.
  • Positive Mindset and Mental Fitness Training
    Use the Positive Intelligence® approach to identify your saboteurs, build daily “PQ rep” habits and strengthen your calmer, wiser “sage” self so you can stay grounded under pressure. Includes initial 7-week App Based training plus ongoing weekly support through the 3 months to embed the practice.
  • Six 1:1 Coaching Sessions with Andrea
    Individual sessions to contextualise learning to your individual goals, prepare a specific high‑stakes presentation or go deeper on your particular mindset patterns and goals.
  • Ongoing WhatsApp support group


Format & Cohort

  • Weekly 2-hr Live online sessions take place on Zoom
  • Replays if you can’t attend everything live
  • Positive Intelligence App-Based content includes: 
    1. One hour video modules each week (available each Friday to be completed by Monday)
    2. 10-15 mins daily mindset practice
  • Small cohort (typically 4–6 people) so you’re fully seen and supported.
  • Multi‑week journey long enough to create real, lasting change, not just a one‑off confidence boost.

Total time commitment
Approx. 4 hours a week to include:
- 2 hour live masterclass or practice session
- 1 hour Positive Intelligence video module (self led, app based)
- 10-15 mins mindset practice per day
