You have spent years being conditioned to fit — into roles, relationships, systems, and versions of yourself that prioritized expectation over truth. 

THE LIBERATED (S)ELF is an invitation to stop shrinking, stop performing, 

and stop outsourcing your knowing.

Over 10 weeks, this intentional container will move through a deep 

excavation of self — one that moves beyond surface-level healing modalities, into the reclamation of your sovereignty, your spiritual authority, and your most authentic expression. 

This group will not support you in becoming someone new. It will inspire your remembrance of who you have always been underneath the world’s conditioning.

This initiation fuses the tools I use with in 1:1 sessions alongside opportunities for processing and having our experiences mirrored in a group container of others experiencing similar themes in their relationship dynamics.

We will dive into relational energetics – including attachment, family of origin, and masculine and feminine energetics; understanding self-sovereignty as the key to relational and collective healing; and what it means to step into the fullest expression of your Soul’s purpose while staying connected to another.

 ✓ Identifying and dismantling the internalized beliefs and patterns that have kept you small, stuck, or performing for others
