This is a high-proximity partnership. We strategically move you into a state of stability, wholeness, and safety using a 3-month intensive container.
 
Step 1: The Systemic Audit

We identify the unconscious blueprint currently running your relationships and find where your integrity is being compromised. These attachment wounds leak your energy and focus. Using the 5-step system from my Toxic Relationship Recovery Workbook, we begin by stopping the drain and reclaiming your mental clarity.

Step 2: The Integration of Self

Using the Meadows Model and the systems in my Codependency Recovery Plan, we dismantle the toxic shame that fuels over-functioning and being the “strong one” for everyone but yourself. This is where you stop logically “knowing” you are enough and start living from the visceral truth of it.

Step 3: Rewiring for Internal Safety

We systematically move you out of “Survival Mode” loops; specifically, the exhausting cycles of trying to perform for approval and safety. Grounded in neurobiological evidence, we rewire your nervous system for actual stability, so your peace is no longer a reaction to your environment.

Step 4: Strategic Boundary Integration

We transform boundaries from a source of stress into a tangible asset. Using the tools from my book, Setting Boundaries, you will learn to protect your time and mental focus without sacrificing connection. This is the sophisticated art of remaining “relational” while maintaining your integrity.

What to Expect: The 3-Month Intensive

Codependency is one of the greatest drains on our entire life. Our relationships, our happiness, our careers, our mental wellbeing and even our physical health often suffer due to codependent patterns.

This coaching is a high-focus intervention for those who can no longer afford to spend more precious time in their life in codependent patterns. This coaching is for people who are ready and motivated to change the entire trajectory of their lives positively by recovering.
 
  • Initial Container: 3 Months of weekly, private 60-minute sessions. Total of 12 appointments.

  • Assessment: Comprehensive audit of your current relational dynamics and attachment style.

  • Implementation: Real-time application of the frameworks from my four books. After appointments, you received personalized summaries using the frameworks from my books on recovery to provide you with clarity on your successes, recommendations for your concerns, and homework for embodied true change.

  • Reassessment: At the end of 90 days, we review your progress and determine the next steps for your continued growth.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How is this different from reading your books?

My books provide the map but sometimes, the application in real life is multi-layered and requires an expert guide to navigate the roads of recovery. In our private sessions, we apply the frameworks specifically to your life and your specific relationship dynamics. We move much faster and deeper than you can on your own.

2. Is this therapy?

No. While I am a licensed therapist, this coaching program is distinct. You do not receive mental health diagnoses or clinical treatment plans for mental illness in our coaching. We focus on the strategy, skills, and nervous system regulation to move from understandable codependent patterns to felt security and wholeness.

3. I’m very busy. How much time does this take?

This program is designed to be an initial time investment of weekly 60-minute sessions for three months.

Many people experiencing codependency have many demands of their time – and often put themselves on the bottom of their “to-do” list saying they’ll get to themselves “later.” Of course, you may know from experience, later never comes but increasing burnout surely does.

Protecting time to invest in your recovery is in of itself an essential aspect of codependency recovery. Just by committing to this program, you have begun your recovery work.

4. Why a 3-month commitment?

Systemic rewiring takes time. Real change doesn't happen in a single "aha" moment; it happens through consistent integration. These first 90 days of weekly appointments allow you the time and space to begin to build a solid foundation for your recovery from codependency.

After three months, we will reassess your progress and you will receive personalized recommendations on how to maintain your recovery whether this is stepping down to less frequent appointments or moving towards graduation.

5. Can I do this if my partner isn't willing to change?

Absolutely. In fact, most of my clients start this way. When you change your internal blueprint and start operating from a place of secure attachment and clear boundaries, this naturally changes your relationship.
