Working parents often feel stretched thin between their work responsibilities and family life. Sometimes they feel stressed and overwhelmed because there is so much to do and not enough time to do it.
Or that moment when you're at work and can't stop worrying about your parenting challenges or the house chores and laundry that you need to do? You can't focus on your work. You blame yourself for not being able to do it all.
These moments don't mean that you're failing. These are your “breaking points.” These moments are your body’s way of saying:
This coaching package is designed for those parents who are ready to find a way to live a more calm life, find a better way to manage their family's stress, and find a better work-life balance.

What to Expect
We'll identify key obstacles and opportunities, then develop practical solutions you can implement immediately. You can reclaim your power.
This is not just a support program; although, you will be supported. This is an action program. You will be encouraged to take those steps that will make your life better.
This is a four week coaching program.
We will meet on Zoom once per week for four weeks for a 50-minute coaching session each time.
In-between our weekly Zoom sessions you can get coaching via VOXER. VOXER is a free app that provides text, voice or video messaging. You can use VOXER for questions, comments, and thoughts. You can send up to three short video (10-minute) messages each week. My VOXER replies to text, voice or video messages will be sent Monday-Fridays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific time. I will send up to three replies per week and within 24 hours of your messages when they are sent during the week. VOXER messages are not in place of the weekly Zoom sessions, they are in addition to them as a part of the coaching program.
How to Prepare
I suggest having a notebook handy for capturing your insights and action items. This will help you retain and act on the breakthroughs we create together.
