What Is Positive Intelligence?
Positive Intelligence helps you strengthen your mental fitness—your capacity to respond to challenges with a positive rather than negative mindset.

PQ gives you a practical way to spend less time in those negative states and more time in the calm, resourceful, “sage” side of your brain.


Why This Program Works
Research behind Positive Intelligence shows that most of our negative emotions are driven by internal “saboteurs” such as the Judge (of yourself, others, and circumstances) and a set of nine other common patterns.
This 7-week program helps you to:

  • Spot your saboteurs in real time so they lose their grip
  • Activate your sage powers: empathize, explore, innovate, navigate, and activate
  • Build self-command—the ability to shift your mindset in the moment, instead of hours later when it’s too late

How the 7-Week App-Based Program Works
You’ll be guided through a structured, app-based journey that fits into a busy life:

  • Weekly: About 1 hour of engaging content and insight
  • Daily: 10–15 minutes total of short, 2-minute practices
  • PQ Reps: Simple 10-second mental exercises you can do anytime, anywhere, to train your brain just like reps at the gym

Over seven weeks, these tiny, consistent practices build powerful new habits and a more resilient, positive mind.

Is this the right program for me?

How much time and effort is required?
You’d be committing to completing a one-hour interactive module once per week, 3 – 4 minute daily audio sessions, and 10-second exercises by the Positive Intelligence app exclusively designed for this program.

This might sound like a lot of time. In fact, cumulatively, it constitutes less than 2% of your awake time for the duration of the program. Please consider that your Saboteurs are costing you far more than 2% of your time, effort, energy, and productivity. Aren't negative emotions sometimes helpful?
Some people believe that negative emotions are helpful. For example, they think stress gives them their performance edge, or beating themselves or others up is helpful for continual improvement.

Feeling pain for a split second when your hand touches a hot stove is indeed useful, delivering an important alert. But your Saboteurs keep your hand on the hot stove, continuing to feel negative emotions which harm both performance and happiness.

In this program we learn to use negative emotions as a helpful alert, and then quickly shift to the positive region of the brain that has the calm clarity, objectivity, and creativity to handle the challenge most effectively.
