The Invitation
A Moment of Orientation · $185 · 1 × 45-min
A focused session to explore a specific challenge, decision, or transition. Perfect for when you need direction, perspective, or a quick recalibration.
▸ Is This Container For You?
You May Feel At Home Here If You:
- Are longing to be seen, witnessed, without agenda, in a space that honors the full complexity of who you are
- In need of a pause and recalibration
- Feel scattered, disconnected, or far from yourself and want support finding your way back
- Are navigating a specific moment of uncertainty, transition, or decision
- Want to experience the Neuromystics™ coaching style before stepping into a longer container
- Are a returning client who needs a focused, intentional moment of attunement
▸ Inside The Invitation
- A single 45-minute session oriented entirely by what you are carrying. There is no fixed agenda. We go where the truth wants to go.
- A short intake reflection form — three to five questions sent before we meet to help you arrive with some sense of what is alive. There is no right way to complete it. It is simply an invitation to begin listening before we do.
- Somatic arrival and gentle grounding at the opening of our session — a few moments to settle into the body and let the nervous system orient before anything else begins
- Accurate, ecologically-rooted mirroring of what you bring — reflecting your coherence, your innate wisdom, and the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be named and returned to you
- A reframe or a new lens, offered where useful — not to replace your knowing but to clear the glass so you can see more precisely what is already there
- One or two invitations to carry forward — a practice, a question, a noticing, something small and alive to take with you into the days that follow
- A written session summary sent after our time together, capturing the central threads, openings, and questions that emerged
▸ Ecosystem Shifts
A single session cannot completely reorganize life. But a moment of genuine clarity — of being accurately seen, validated, and reminded or your inner wisdom — can change the quality of everything that follows. As we move through this session, your inner ecosystem may begin to:
- Settle back into contact with what is steady and true underneath the noise and scatter
- Receive a reframe or a new lens that loosens the grip of a story that has been running the show
- Experience what it feels like to be met without agenda, seen without reduction, and reflected with precision and care
- Return to a felt sense of your own wholeness — not as something to achieve, but as something that has always been there
- Carry forward one or two small and precise invitations that continue working gently in the days that follow
▸ Includes:
- short intake reflection form,
- 45-minute session
- written session summary
- one or two invitations to carry forward
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Neuromystics™ offer therapy?
No. Neuromystics™ does not provide therapy, crisis support, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. This is not a medical or mental health practice. Neuromystics™ offers present- and future-focused coaching and healing arts spaces for self-discovery, integration, and growth.
All Neuromystics™ offerings are trauma-informed. This means we recognize that trauma lives in the body and may surface while exploring identity, nervous system patterns, boundaries, or belonging. We hold space for what arises with care, curiosity, and without pathologizing.
If you need deeper trauma processing or clinical mental health support, we are happy to refer you to skilled and affirming therapists. Coaching and therapy can work well together, as each supports different facets of healing and self-attunement. With your permission, we can also coordinate with your therapist.
