Learning to ski as an adult isn't easy, but it is somewhere near impossible when your level of fear stops you from even being able to try. I’ve had several ski holidays and felt like every time I went my skiing got worse instead of better. I was getting more and more anxious to the point I almost cancelled my holiday. And yet when skiing worked I loved it! Then someone suggested contacting Kate - I’m so glad they did.
