- Executive functioning challenges (planning, organisation, routines, deadlines)
- Procrastination and task paralysis
- Self-esteem, confidence and masking
- Rejection sensitivity (RSD) and criticism
- Communication and relationships
- Impulsivity and emotional eating/spending habits
- Focus, motivation and consistency
- Sensory sensitivities or AuDHD struggles
- Work, study or daily life difficulties
- Building systems that work with your brain rather than against it
