During this 50-minute session, we’ll explore the challenges you’re currently facing and identify areas where ADHD coaching may help. This might include:

  •  Emotional regulation and burnout prevention 
  •  Executive functioning challenges (planning, organisation, routines,   deadlines) 
  •  Procrastination and task paralysis 
  •  Self-esteem, confidence and masking 
  •  Rejection sensitivity (RSD) and criticism 
  •  Communication and relationships 
  •  Impulsivity and emotional eating/spending habits 
  •  Focus, motivation and consistency 
  •  Sensory sensitivities or AuDHD struggles 
  •  Work, study or daily life difficulties 
  •  Building systems that work with your brain rather than against it 

You’ll leave with:

  •  A clearer understanding of what’s getting in the way 
  •  Practical ideas or strategies to try 
  •  ADHD-friendly notes after the session 
  •  Space to feel heard, understood and supported 
  •  A better idea of whether longer-term coaching feels right for you 

There is no pressure to continue afterwards. Think of this as a chance to ask questions, explore support, and see whether coaching feels like a good fit.
