A Live Workshop for Women Ready to Stop Organizing Their Lives Around Survival, External Expectations, and Self-Abandonment
There comes a point in your life where you realize you are not incapable, unworthy, unhealed, or unaware.
The issue is that you have spent years organizing yourself around anticipation, adaptation, performance, usefulness, survival, and the emotional needs of everyone around you while drifting further away from yourself underneath it all.
We become incredibly skilled at this. We learn how to perform stability while feeling emotionally disconnected from our own lives. We learn how to be emotionally intelligent while remaining uncertain of our own desires. We learn how to overfunction in relationships, shape-shift to maintain belonging, intellectualize healing, stay productive through exhaustion, and organize our identities around being needed, chosen, validated, or approved of by others.
I think many women are arriving at the same realization right now:
I do not want to spend the rest of my life abandoning myself in order to survive it.
That realization is what led me to create The Self-Centered Woman.
This workshop is not about becoming selfish, emotionally detached, hyper-independent, or narcissistic. It is about recognizing the emotional and nervous system structures you have been living inside of and beginning to reorganize your life around internal coherence instead of fear, performance, anticipation, or self-erasure.
Most women already know themselves intellectually.
Most women already know themselves intellectually.
The problem is that many women have never learned how to organize their lives around what they already know.
Together, we’ll explore the emotional, relational, psychological, nervous system, and astrological reality of self-centering. We’ll talk about the emotional architecture of survival identity, why external validation becomes psychologically fused with worth and safety, why visibility and desire can feel emotionally threatening, and what it means to stop emotionally abandoning yourself in the pursuit of love, success, certainty, money, partnership, or belonging.
We’ll explore the movement from from adaptation into embodiment, from future-based salvation into present inhabitation, and from external orientation into internal authorship.
This conversation is deeply connected to the current collective shift happening as Jupiter moves into Leo, beginning a new cycle around visibility, creativity, desire, expression, heart-centered living, and self-recognition.
But you don't need to know astrology to participate in this experience. Astrology here functions as symbolic language for developmental themes many women are already emotionally living through.

This workshop is for the woman who understands herself deeply but still finds herself organizing her life around fear, approval, productivity, urgency, overfunctioning, emotional self-protection, or the anticipation of a future moment where she will finally feel safe enough to soften.
The woman who has spent years waiting for the next achievement, relationship, amount of money, opportunity, or validation to finally allow her to exhale.
The woman who knows she no longer wants to live that way.
This workshop is about learning how to remain connected to yourself while participating fully in ambition, creativity, relationships, community, pleasure, visibility, desire, and the realities of everyday life.
You'll leave with language for experiences many women have felt privately for years, a deeper understanding of the structures organizing your emotional reality, and a clearer relationship to the version of yourself that already exists underneath survival.

Join me live on Tuesday, June 10 at 7 PM EST. The workshop will be held virtually, and a replay will be available for all registered participants.
Your Facilitator — Erin Ceaser
Erin Ceaser is a certified life coach, developmental astrologer, and holds a M.Ed. in Psychological Studies with a focus in cross-cultural counseling, trauma, and expressive therapies. Her work integrates Relational-Cultural Theory, nervous system regulation, developmental psychology, and astrological pattern recognition into frameworks rooted equally in clinical understanding and lived experience.
The Self-Centered Woman is not abstract theory for Erin. It is the direct result of her own passage through survival identity, externalized worth, emotional overadaptation, financial anxiety, relational self-abandonment, and the eventual collapse of the belief that fulfillment only exists somewhere in the future.
This workshop emerged from that lived reorientation.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don't follow or use astrology?
You don't need to. I use astrology as a pattern recognition tool — a way of making visible what's already happening in your life and in your body. In this workshop, I'll reference Jupiter in Leo as a cultural and developmental frame, not as a horoscope. Think of it the way you'd think about seasons — you don't need to study meteorology to know that winter asks something different from you than summer does. The astrology gives us shared language for the timing. The work itself happens in your body, your choices, and your real life.
Can I get a full reading for myself prior or after the workshop?
Absolutely. I offer personalized astrology readings that dive deeper into your emotional world, patterns, and long-term growth themes.
What if I can’t attend live?
No problem — all registered participants will receive the full workshop recording within 24 hours.
