          3. understand the coaching process

Who I Coach

 I coach overwhelmed mid-life professionals and perfectionists needing to feel like life isn't overtaking them. You may be someone who tries to do it all, but lately, you feel like the To-Do list is just too much. You may be a 'second-guesser' or want to press the 'Reset' button.  You are looking for a path forward that gives you space to breathe, a career you love, healed or better relationships, and to live with more joy and clearer intent.
