In a Virtual Story Group, we come together in a small, intentional community to bear witness to both the beauty and brokenness of one another’s stories. Through compassionate presence, attunement, and honest engagement, we create space to name what happened, recognize how our hearts have been shaped, and move toward greater healing and freedom.
When our stories are received by others who are willing to listen with curiosity and care, shame and isolation can begin to loosen their hold. In community, we can reconnect with parts of ourselves that have been silenced, hidden, or cut off—and begin to experience a different way of relating to ourselves, to others, and to our stories.
We are meant to journey through life with others who can bear witness to our suffering and join us in celebrating the beauty, goodness, and resilience woven throughout our lives.
INCLUDES:
- Optional Meet & Greet Appointment — 20 minutes
May be scheduled by each participant anytime before the first group session. - Weekly 90-Minute Virtual Story Group Sessions
- Each participant receives two dedicated story engagements over the course of the group.
- Each engagement includes approximately 30–35 minutes for sharing and facilitated engagement.
- Facilitated Story Engagement Feedback Sessions.
- Pre-Review of Story Submissions
- Stories are reviewed by the facilitator prior to group sessions, including feedback if needed.
- Dedicated Client Portal, including:
- Contracts, forms, invoices, and scheduling
- Story Writing Guidelines
- Self-Care Recommendations
REGISTRATION LIMITED:
Group size is limited to 4–5 participants to ensure quality engagement time for each participant.
The group will meet for 6 weeks with 5 participants or 5 weeks with 4 participants. Each participant will receive two dedicated story engagements over the course of the group, regardless of group size.

If the group closes with 4 participants, the group will meet for 5 weeks and the final session (3/1) will not be held.
