It's time to move toward becoming who you were always meant to be.
If you've ever wondered whether the effects of childhood abuse will always be part of your story, I want you to know there is hope. Healing is possible. And you don't have to walk that journey alone.

You've worked hard to move forward.
Maybe you've read the books, prayed the prayers, gone to counseling, or simply tried to push through on your own.

Yet the effects of childhood abuse still show up in unexpected ways...
• You second-guess yourself.
• Shame still whispers that you'll never be enough.
• Relationships feel difficult.
• You long for peace but often feel stuck in survival mode.

If that's where you are, I want you to know something.
Healing is possible.
You don't have to keep carrying your past alone.

That's exactly why I created Traumas to Transformations—to provide a safe, faith-centered place where women can learn practical tools, receive compassionate support, and begin building a future no longer defined by their past.

Imagine:
  •  Waking up with less shame and more confidence.
  •  Understanding your triggers instead of feeling controlled by them.
  •  Believing God's truth about who you are more than the lies trauma taught you.
  • Experiencing greater peace in your relationships.
  • Beginning to pursue the purpose God created you for.
  • Being surrounded by women who truly understand your journey and are ready to walk beside you as you heal.

As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse myself, I know what it feels like to wonder if healing is really possible.

After years of healing, education, ministry, and walking alongside other survivors, I founded Being Remade because I believe no woman should have to navigate this journey alone.

This isn't simply information I've studied.
It's a journey I have lived.
From one survivor to another, it would be an honor to walk alongside you as you begin moving toward healing, freedom, peace, and purpose.

This is for you if:
  • You are a woman who survived childhood abuse
  • You want healing that honors both trauma recovery and your faith
  • You are tired of shame and fear controlling your thoughts, choices, and relationships
  • You’re ready to exchange chronic overwhelm for peace and feeling safe
  • You're willing to engage in self-reflection to identify barriers and obstacles to your healing

  • You’re looking for quick fixes or surface-level encouragement
  • You are unwilling to engage in personal reflection and spiritual growth
  • You want someone else to provide all the answers for you
  • You’re not ready for deep introspection or gentle accountability
How are coaching sessions conducted?
All coaching sessions are held virtually through secure online video chat. This allows you to receive support from the comfort and privacy of your own space, no matter where you are located. You will receive a link and instructions prior to your scheduled session.
Will what I share remain confidential?
Yes. Your privacy and trust are deeply respected.

All sessions are confidential, and anything you share will be held with care and discretion. The only exceptions to confidentiality are situations where disclosure is required by law (such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or abuse reporting requirements).
What makes this coaching effective?
This coaching approach is built on a proven, faith-centered framework for healing from childhood abuse and trauma.

It is grounded in the practical principles and transformation process outlined in the book Overcoming Shame, Finding Freedom: Healing for Childhood Sexual Abuse and Trauma, which has been used successfully in multiple coaching groups to support women in breaking free from shame, rebuilding their faith, and moving forward with clarity and confidence.
Is there evidence that this approach works?
Yes. This work is supported by real-life transformation and client experiences.

Women who have participated in coaching groups and engaged with this framework have shared powerful testimonies of healing, breakthrough, and renewed faith.

What can I expect from a session?
Each session is a focused, trauma-informed conversation where you will be heard, supported, and guided with care.

Together, we’ll explore what you’ve been carrying, identify where you feel stuck, and help you gain clarity on your next steps. You will receive faith-centered insight and practical tools to support your healing journey.
What if I’m unsure if this is right for me?
That’s completely okay.

This space is designed to be safe, supportive, and free of pressure. If you’re feeling drawn to healing but still have questions, this may be a meaningful next step. You are always free to move at your own pace and decide what feels right for you.
Is this coaching faith-based?
Typically, yes.

If you are seeking to reconnect with God, rebuild your faith, and understand your identity through a biblical lens, this space is designed to support you in that process. BUT this coaching is also designed to gently meet you where you are at in your current development of the Christian faith while providing very practical processed regardless of where you are at in your faith journey.
Do I need to be a Christian to work with you?
My coaching is rooted in faith and centered on healing through God’s truth and love.

But you don’t need to have everything figured out spiritually.

Many of the women I work with are:
  • Rebuilding their faith
  • Wrestling with questions
  • Or feeling hurt by past church experiences

You’re allowed to come exactly as you are.
💛 This is a space for healing—not pressure.

👉 If you’re open to exploring your healing with a gentle faith-centered approach, I’d love to walk with you.
