Youāre welcome to bring anything that helps you feel more comfortable or focused during sessions, including fidgets, sensory tools, notebooks for doodling, knitting, or anything else that supports attention, regulation, or comfort.
Support shifts based on what you need that day, whether thatās reflection, structure, planning, problem-solving, body doubling, or working through things more actively together.
Includes:
6 Ć 30-minute coaching or body doubling sessions per month
more frequent collaborative support throughout the month
space to explore patterns, stuck points, and day-to-day functioning
support with planning, follow-through, and navigating overwhelm in real time
optional asynchronous messaging support (as outlined in the coaching agreement)
