The Reflective Circle is a small group of up mto eight coaches meeting monthly for six months. We slow down together. We look at what is really happening in your coaching, not just what you did, but who you were in the room. What you brought. What you felt. What you noticed and what you did not.
This is supervision the way it was meant to be. Reflective. Honest. Human.
Each session is a chance to see something you could not see before.

What you get:
Six 90-minute monthly sessions, September 2026 through February 2027. Maximum eight coaches. A confidential space built for real reflection, real work, and real growth.
Coaches may apply up to 10 CCE hours toward ICF credential renewal as Core Competency credits.

Documentation for ICF and EMCC credit:
To apply your hours toward credential renewal, you will need your supervisor's name and email, the start and end dates of the series, and the total hours completed. Ken will provide this at the close of the programme.
