We are a ministry dedicated to supporting senior pastors and their wives through a safe, restorative, and Christ-centered retreat focused on personal healing, emotional wellness, marital strengthening, and spiritual renewal. Recognizing that those who faithfully serve others often have little opportunity to receive care themselves, the retreat is designed to create space for healing, self-discovery, and reconnection, guided by experienced professionals including licensed therapists one for the men and the other for their wives.

Day 1: Assessment & Guided Counseling
Guests will begin their retreat journey by meeting with experienced professionals who will guide them through personalized assessments and counseling sessions. These conversations are designed to provide a safe space for honest reflection, identify areas of growth and healing, and establish a foundation for meaningful transformation.
Day 2: Personal Reflection & Self-Discovery
This day focuses on individual growth through guided self-work, reflection exercises, journaling, prayer, and personal development activities. Participants will have dedicated time to process insights, gain greater self-awareness, and explore practical steps toward emotional, spiritual, and relational wellness.
Day 3: Reconnection & Relationship Building
The final day is centered on reconnecting with one another through intentional couple-focused exercises, communication activities, and shared experiences. These sessions are designed to strengthen marriages, deepen understanding, restore intimacy, and equip couples with tools to continue growing together long after the retreat ends.
