Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after I book my first appointment?
You'll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and a brief intake form to help us make the most of our time together. You're welcome to send any relevant materials (resume, job description, etc.) in advance, though it's not required.
How far apart should I book my sessions?
You set the cadence! If you find you work best with weekly accountability check-ins, or spread out over several weeks so that you can take actions between our time together, either is equally effective and valid. Sessions expire after 6 months, so choose what will work best for you.
Do bundles expire?
Yes. For the 5-session package, you have up to 6 months to use your sessions. After that time, they will expire.
What's your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Life happens! Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session fee.
